America's most celebrated chef, Wolfgang Puck, brings his award-winning San Francisco restaurant, Postrio, to Las Vegas and the Grand Canal Shoppes. Chef Puck and 15-year veteran chef John LaGrone present a menu of contemporary American cuisine with Mediterranean influences in two wonderful dining experiences. The more formal dining room surrounds guests in an intimate atmosphere, creating a unique and elegant dining experience. Only the finest quality and freshest ingredients are used to produce popular items such as the Diver Scallops with Chanterelle Mushrooms, Crisp Pancetta and Truffle Vinaigrette; Organic Salmon en Papillote with Roasted Vegetables and Shallot Herb Butter; and Mesquite-Grilled Kansas City Steak with Fingerling Potatoes and Garlic aioli. At the more casual café, guests can enjoy the Carnivale atmosphere on St. Mark's Square while dining on Puck's signature items including the famous Lobster Club on Nine Grain Toast with Apple Wood Smoked Bacon and Arugula. The café menu features a wide array of appetizers, pastas, entrees and signature Wolfgang Puck pizzas from the wood-burning oven. The café is open daily for lunch and dinner while the main dining room is open daily for dinner only. Private dining is available.
